Josh Gates returns to guide viewers through strange events from history in season four of Expedition Files. The new season kicks off on Discovery Channel on Wednesday, April 1, 2026 at 9pm ET/PT.
Season four’s premiere will dive into the disappearance of the USS Scorpion during the Cold War, what really happened on Paul Revere’s midnight ride, and propose a different theory about the fate of President Lincoln’s assassin, John Wilkes Booth.
