Apple TV’s Shrinking season three trailer opens with Paul (Harrison Ford) declaring, “The GOAT is back.” From there, the two-minute trailer teases life-altering changes infused with a sense of hopefulness.
In addition to Ford, season three stars Jason Segel, Christa Miller, Jessica Williams, Luke Tennie, Michael Urie, Lukita Maxwell, and Ted McGinley. Popping in as guest stars are Brett Goldstein, Damon Wayans Jr., Wendie Malick, Cobie Smulders, Jeff Daniels, and Michael J. Fox.
“Shrinking follows a grieving therapist (Segel) who starts to break the rules and tell his clients exactly what he thinks,” reads Apple TV’s synopsis. “Ignoring his training and ethics, he finds himself making huge, tumultuous changes to people’s lives … including his own.”
Season three will premiere on January 28, 2026. New episodes will stream on Wednesdays.
Bill Lawrence, Brett Goldstein, and Jason Segel created the award-winning comedy and serve as executive producers. Additional executive producers include Neil Goldman, James Ponsoldt, Jeff Ingold, Liza Katzer, Randall Winston, Rachna Fruchbom, Brian Gallivan, Ashley Nicole Black, and Bill Posley.
