Tracy Morgan (30 Rock) stars in Paramount+’s new comedy Crutch, a spinoff from The Neighborhood. The trailer shows the titular character’s life taking an unexpected turn when his kids move back home.
Tracy Morgan plays Francois “Crutch” Crutchfield, Kecia Lewis stars as Antoinette, Jermaine Fowler is Jake, Adrianna Mitchell plays Jamilah, Adrian Martinez is Flaco, Braxton Paul stars as Lisa, and Finn Maloney is Mase. Morgan, Owen Smith, Cedric The Entertainer, Wendi Trilling, Aaron Kaplan, and Mike Mariano serve as executive producers.
“Set in the world of the CBS Original Comedy The Neighborhood, Crutch centers on its titular character Francois Frank Crutchfield (Morgan), who goes by Crutch, a brash, yet beloved Harlem shop owner whose world is turned upside down when his highbrow son and free-spirited daughter move back into the family home,” reads Paramount+’s synopsis.
All eight episodes will stream on Monday, November 3, 2025. Morgan will also appear on The Neighborhood on November 3 in an episode titled “Welcome to Family Value.”
Owen Smith created the series and serves as showrunner.
