Paramount+ has revealed new details on The Madison, Taylor Sheridan’s latest drama, with the release of the series’ official trailer. The series is not connected to Yellowstone, but the trailer sends out a Yellowstone-ish vibe and teases a story that involves the death of a family member.
Kurt Russell (Monarch: Legacy of Monsters) and Michelle Pfeiffer (Ant-Man and the Wasp: Quantumania) star in the six-episode season premiering on March 15, 2026. Paramount+ will stream the season’s first three episodes on March 15, followed by the final three episodes on March 21. The streamer’s already renewed the drama for a second season.
“The Madison is Sheridan’s most intimate work to date, unfolding across two distinct worlds—the beautiful landscape of Montana and the vibrant energy of Manhattan—as it examines the ties that bind families together,” reads Paramount’s official description. “Introducing the Clyburns, The Madison is a heartfelt study of grief and human connection following a New York City family in the Madison River valley of central Montana.”
In addition to Pfeiffer and Russell, The Madison stars Beau Garrett (Firefly Lane), Elle Chapman (A Man Called Otto), Patrick J. Adams (Suits), Amiah Miller (War for the Planet of the Apes), Alaina Pollack (The Surrender), Ben Schnetzer (3 Body Problem), Kevin Zegers (Power), Rebecca Spence (Lady in the Lake), Danielle Vasinova (1923), Matthew Fox (Lost), and Will Arnett (Is This Thing On?).
Taylor Sheridan, Michelle Pfeiffer, Kurt Russell, David C. Glasser, John Linson, Art Linson, Ron Burkle, David Hutkin, Bob Yari, Christina Alexandra Voros, Michael Friedman, and Keith Cox serve as executive producers. Voros directed the six-episode first season.
Paramount Television Studios, 101 Studios, and Bosque Ranch Productions produced Sheridan’s new drama.
