9-1-1 premiered in January 2018 and its first spinoff, 9-1-1: Lone Star, arrived in January 2020 and ran for five seasons. 2025 serves up a new addition to the franchise with 9-1-1: Nashville, premiering on October 9, 2025. New episodes of the drama will air on Thursdays at 9pm ET/PT on ABC.
Chris O’Donnell stars as Don Hart, Jessica Capshaw plays Blythe Hart, Kimberly Williams-Paisley is Cammie Raleigh, and LeAnn Rimes plays Dixie Bennings. Hailey Kilgore stars as Taylor Thompson, Michael Provost is Ryan Hart, Juani Feliz is Roxie Alba, and Hunter McVey plays Blue Bennings.
ABC offers this brief description of the newest entry of the franchise: “9-1-1: Nashville is a high-octane procedural about heroic first responders, as well as their family saga of power and glamour set in one of America’s most diverse and dynamic cities.”
Rashad Raisani guides the series as showrunner, writer, and executive producer. Additional executive producers include Chris O’Donnell, Brad Buecker, Brad Falchuk, and Angela Bassett. 9-1-1 co-creators Ryan Murphy and Tim Minear also serve as writers and executive producers.
