Jesse L. Martin isn’t taking time off between TV shows, taking on the lead role in NBC’s The Irrational while wrapping up a nine-season run as Joe West on The Flash. NBC’s new drama finds Martin playing a professor with a particular analytical skill set that makes him incredibly useful in solving problems.
Based on Dan Ariely’s Predictably Irrational novel, The Irrational season one also features Maahra Hill as Marisa, Travina Springer as Kylie, Molly Kunz as Phoebe, and Arash DeMaxi as Rizwan. Executive producers include Arika Lisanne Mittman, Mark Goffman, Sam Baum, and David Frankel.
Episode one is set to premiere on September 25, 2023, with new episodes airing on Mondays at 10pm ET/PT.
