Paramount Pictures has unveiled a nine-minute behind the scenes video chronicling the planning and intensive/extensive training Tom Cruise underwent leading up to the biggest stunt in cinema history. The daredevil stunt will be featured in the upcoming seventh film of the Mission: Impossible franchise, Mission: Impossible – Dead Reckoning Part One. And as writer/director Christopher McQuarrie points out, the biggest jump of a M.I. film is traditionally shot first.
Tom Cruise’s training involved 500 skydives and 13,000 motocross jumps.
